Private Care at Guys is part of London Bridge Hospital, it has 10 Operating theatres, and offers a wide range of surgeries from, Cardiac, Ortho, Liver, Neuro, Urology, Spinal and General. Successful candidates will be part of a large theatre team of colleagues, experienced professionals.

With 160 beds, 28 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care and have use of the latest technologies and healthcare innovations.

Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you will lead a team of s Anaesthetic practitioners working closely with scrub and recovery colleagues. You will have a strong knowledge and experience in operating theatres with an excellent understanding of the perioperative needs of patients, and a wide knowledge of peri-operative nursing practices and procedures.

You must be organised, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience of supervising a multi-disciplinary team providing the highest standard of patient care across a varied caseload.

What you’ll bring:

  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • 18 moths experience in UK Theatres
  • Anaesthetics experience
  • Anaesthetics course
