Are you a Theatre Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant looking to regain your work/life balance?
We are a compassionate and collaborative clinical team based at Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre, Somerset. We are currently sourcing for HCPC/NMC registered Scrub Practitioners and Surgical First Assistants to join us. Applications from Practitioners outside of the local area are encouraged, there is a very generous relocation allowance for those wishing to do so.

This position has no routine scheduled evenings beyond 17.00 or weekends and there is virtually no on-call commitment making it perfect if you need to work around family commitments or would just like to regain some balance between your work and personal life.

Who are we looking for?
If you are a dedicated NMC or HCPC registered Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant with experience of Orthopaedics and General Surgery we would love to hear from you. A passion for improving the treatment of your patients is a must.
Full Time post holders will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. Part Time or Flexible working arrangements may be considered, please contact the recruiter to discuss your requirements.
