Theatre Practitioner | Theatres | up to £38,000 dependent upon experience | Bushey | Training Opportunities

Due to a new multi-million pound development of our 6th Operating Theatre, we are expanding our Theatre teams at Spire Bushey, We are looking to recruit experienced and committed Theatre Practitioners, where you will support across a variety of operations including Orthopaedics, ENT and Gynae.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the regions most experienced Consultants, covering a varied and diverse caseload. Training is available to allow you to broaden your experience and career development is readily available allowing you to move up to senior positions as and when they arise.

We have a high level of cases through Theatres on a daily basis, often averaging 50/60 in a day and you will be strongly encouraged to influence improvements and change across the department to support this level of activity.

If you accept an offer to join us before 30th September 2019 then you may be eligible for a joining bonus of £2000

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
  • Promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements.

Who we are looking for

  • Be NMC/HCPC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Experience of working in teams and also with minimum supervision.
