About the role and our team
Are you an Operating Department Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive and professionally rewarding environment?
Come and join us on the Isle of Man! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Practitioner who can maintain our pace and drive and who would enjoy the challenges offered here!
We can offer you a varied surgical case load that will enhance your knowledge and experiences, as well as provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your clinical skills and abilities within our close knit multidisciplinary team.
We have a vision to become the best small Island healthcare system and by joining our team at this exciting team, you can be a part of making this happen!
Please note, this post is also open to Band 5 applicants with previous anaesthetic experience.
What can this role offer me?
By joining us you’ll be stepping away from NHS pressures and demands, as the Island’s healthcare system is similar but separate to the UK NHS.
Along with enjoying a competitive salary and annual leave entitlement, you can be assured that your career aspirations and personal development goals will be supported. We have a wide range of learning and development opportunities, including use of our onsite education and training centre Keyll Darree and LEAD, our Learning, Education and Development Service.
