We are excited to announce we are now recruiting our future workforce for the brand new, state of the art Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot. Opening in March 2022, the £99 Million development will be one of the leading hospitals in the UK specialising in planned, non-emergency operations such as orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, gynaecology and lithotripsy.

We currently have vacancies in our orthopaedic team for experienced registered Nurses, registered ODP’s, final year students due to qualify and return to practice ODP’s. About the roles

We have 6 theatres which include 5 orthopaedic theatres and 1 ophthalmic theatre. We are looking for scrub practitioners for our elective centre, doing a variety of orthopaedic procedures including Hip and Knee surgery, Upper and Lower limb surgery  and spinal procedures.

The role will include scrubbing for the operations and working with the surgeons, ensuring they have all the necessary instruments and tools required for the procedure, circulating and team work to keep the peri operative journey running as smooth as possible, including completing all documentation as required.

You will be fully supported within a caring and friendly team.
